With over 12 years of experience in developing sustainable and environmentally-friendly local and global projects, I bring expertise in problem-solving, collaboration in diverse cultural settings, developing innovative approaches, team building, creating action plans, policies, and concepts, as well as establishing structures within organizations and various stakeholder groups.
Anika Lerch
With over 8 years of experience in social and environmental sustainability and global project management, I have experience in strategy development and implementing complex projects. My focus lies on Double Materiality (CSRD), developing sustainability strategies, and integrating them into the company through governance, communication, and digitalization.
